Together our leadership team has many years of experience in delivering a wide range of accommodation schemes including super prime residential, prime residential, private rented sector accommodation, affordable housing, hotels, student accommodation, schools, offices, regeneration and mixed use schemes. They have delivered thousands of units and are the best in the sector.

InnC UK has a commitment to sourcing candidates directly and as such we do not accept speculative CV’s from agencies. We do, however, work with a defined list of preferred suppliers who may be invited to support us in sourcing candidates for specific roles. We only pay agency fees where we have a signed agreement from our HR Department in place and that agency has been previously contacted and instructed by a member of our recruitment team.
When we do have a requirement, our PSL will receive a written request from our HR Department, together with a Job Specification.
Where any Agency sends a CV or other details of a candidate or potential candidate on a speculative or unsolicited basis i.e. without the prior request and relevant Job Specification from InnC’s recruitment team, no fee will be payable by InnC.
If this is not adhered to, InnC UK reserve the right to contact these candidates directly and have discussions with them without paying any agency fees.
Submission of any unsolicited CVs or proposals to InnC or any of our employees will be deemed evidence of full and unlimited acceptance of our agency policy.
